About Mark

Mark is a seasoned IT professional with deep expertise in workflow automation, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. His career spans the aerospace, federal government, consulting, and logistics sectors—including experience at one of the world’s leading IT consulting firms. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Austin Peay State University, where he began his academic journey after serving in the military. Professionally, Mark is 3x certified in ServiceNow, with credentials in IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation, Certified Systems Administration (CSA), and Performance Analytics. Throughout his journey, he has consistently delivered scalable solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual errors, and empower organizations to work smarter.
Known for his ability to translate complexity into clarity, Mark designs intuitive process flows, diagrams, and dashboards that guide teams through transformation. His analytical acumen enables him to assess business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and deliver impactful visualizations and KPIs that drive informed decisions.
Now, as the founder of Almpetus AI a workflow automation company, Mark is focused on helping small businesses simplify operations and unlock scalable growth. His mission is to deliver intuitive, AI-driven automation solutions tailored to each business’s unique needs—so owners can reclaim their time, boost efficiency, and build smarter, more resilient organizations.

Outside of work, Mark is passionate about health and fitness. He trains in CrossFit five days a week—a commitment that reflects his dedication to wellness after losing over 80 pounds. He is a proud U.S. Army veteran, having served in the historic 2/502nd Infantry Regiment at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Mark once lived in Japan, where he studied and taught English, and has since traveled across Southeast Asia as part of his personal mission to “see the world.” He values time spent with his wife and family and takes great pride in supporting his sons’ education and watching them grow into their own paths in life.
